CANCELATION

1. Lock Down
    In case of Federal/Government complete lock down – 100% Credit (after deducting 150 admin fees).
2. Patron Cancellation
   • We will keep $150 admin fee, plus the following:
   • More than 120 business days prior to event: We keep 25%
   • Between 120 and 90 business days prior to event: We keep 50%
   • Between 90 and 60 business days prior to event: We keep 75%
   • Fewer than 60 business days prior to event: We keep 100%
3. Smoking
   • No Smoking or vaping inside the venue.
   • Smoking outdoor is allowed.
   • No Hookah smoking is allowed inside and outside the venue
4. Food and Beverages.
   • Outside catering and beverages are allowed
   • Consuming food and beverages outside the venue is not allowed.
   •  Selling alcohol, illegal substance, tickets, or tabs is forbidden.
